“…whatever you did for the least of these…”

Extended Hands Ministries was founded by Albert & Elvira Enns in August of 1996. Albert, a Carman (MB) native met Elvira, a Morden (MB) native at Manhatten Beach Camp. He received the call to go to Romania in July 1996 and shortly after, the mission was established. And by fall of that year, they went to answer His call to work in Romania.

The ministry works with the gypsies of Romania providing a Bible School “to develop fundamental foundational teaching for them so that they would be better equipped to reach their people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Elvira’s nurse training provides a source of medical care to their community in conjunction with the local doctor. She maintains a network of contacts with various organizations and individuals to source medical supplies in the supply-scarce environment.
